CPR/First Aid/ AED Certification|Successful CORI background check |MIAA/NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching course completion ||Demonstrated knowledge of football strategies and techniques.|Experience in video editing and analysis software (e.g., Hudl, XOS).|Strong organizational and time management skills.|Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.|Ability to work effectively with players, coaches, and staff.|Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level preferred.|Experience as a subvarsity coach or in a leadership role is a plus.|Bachelor's degree preferred.|
