Hy-Tek Team Manager Software Requirement 2024-25

All Swimming programs must use Hy-Tek Team Manager beginning in the 2024-25 school year.  Team Manager Lite cannot be used anymore.  Each team must use their own version of Team Manager. Use of another team’s software (aka club team) cannot be used.

There are three versions of the software which can be accessed at this link:  Team Manager pricing and selection.  Any version, bronze, silver or gold can be used for MIAA Tournament Entry.  Additional information can be found at the links below:

All swimming & diving schools have been assigned a specific abbreviation used in Team Manager. Please view the approved school abbreviations and contact Kim Whitworth at MIAAswimming@gmail.com if your school is not shown. All abbreviations must be approved. 

eDive and Team Manager will be used for diving entries. Divers must be entered into Team Manager as well as through the the electronic dive entry sheet. CLICK HERE to view full instructions, including entry links, to complete this process.

Sectionals:    2/3/25        5:00pm
States:           2/10/24      5:00pm

Entries:
1. download the appropriate file (linked below in the corresponding Tournament areas) to computer (girls and boys are listed in the same meet file with girls event odd numbers, boys event even numbers)
2. open Team Manager 
3. import the event file into Team Manager.
4. fill in athletes and event participation with best times, including relay only swimmers and divers with best 6 dive score.
5. send competed file to MIAAswimming@gmail.com by the deadline.
