Job Description
Job Start Date: December 1, 2025
Serve as the leader of the boys basketball program at St. Mary’s, which has 5 teams serving grades 6-12.
Identify and recommend qualified assistant coaches to the athletic director.
Manage all aspects of a competitive basketball program, including but not limited to practice planning, game day management, scheduling and fundraising.
Job Requirements
1. Previous head coach in high school or assistant college basketball coaching preferred; previous high school or aau coaching experience required.
2. Good executive skills, as well as a strong leadership foundation.
3. CPR, first aid and AED certified one month prior to appointment.
4. Expected to adhere to all guidelines and regulations set by St. Mary’s, The Catholic Central League, and the MIAA.
5. Comfortable being part of a co-ed Catholic High School.
