NFHS Sanctioning Criteria
- Any interstate or international event involving 2 or more schools which is co-sponsored by or titled in the name of an organization outside the high school community.
- Events in non-bordering states if 5 or more states are involved, and at least one (1) of which does not border the host state.
- Events in non-bordering states if more than 8 schools are involved.
- Any event involving 2 or more schools that involves a team from a foreign country, except for two (2) school or three (3) school competition with a school or schools from Canada.
Sanctioning Information
