2024 Fall Season Information

Fall practice may begin on 2nd Monday preceding Labor Day. No team may have more than thirteen (13) single practice sessions (i.e., “double sessions” count as two single practice sessions) through and including the Friday before Labor Day. Double practice sessions are not permitted on the first three days of fall practice.

2024-25 Winter Season Information

The Winter season must not begin before the first Monday after Thanksgiving. The Winter season must end with completion of the regular varsity season schedule, except for the varsity team or individual students completing their participation in the MIAA tournament.

Hy-Tek Team Manager 2024-25

Tournament Entry Deadlines
Sectionals: 2/3/25 5:00pm
States: 2/10/25 5:00pm

Entries:
1. download the appropriate file (linked below in the corresponding Tournament areas) to computer (girls and boys are listed in the same meet file with girls event odd numbers, boys event even numbers)
2. open Team Manager
3. import the event file into Team Manager.
4. fill in athletes and event participation with best times, including relay only swimmers and divers with best 6 dive score
5. print a report of your entry and ensure all team names, abbreviations, and year of graduation are correct
6. eDive and Team Manager are used for diving entries (see more in section to the right)
7. send competed file to MIAAswimming@gmail.com by the deadline

Important Hy-Tek Information

eDive and Team Manager will be used for diving entries. Divers must be entered into Team Manager as well as through the the electronic dive entry sheet. CLICK HERE to view full instructions, including entry links, to complete this process.

NOTE: League/Conference Championship Meets
Most leagues will designate forward as the required dive for their championship meet. Be sure to check with the head of your league/conference to be sure you have the correct dive at this meet prior to showing up with your divers.
